Chanel’s J12: How Ceramic Injection Moulding became part of the luxury narrative

ATS offers several composite materials for components used in ionic and protonic generators, as well as tubes for hydrogen generation by electrolysis. The company has several standard composites available for moulding and offers custom composites when required.

Its BCZYYb/Nickel Oxide composites are available in the form of tubes, sleeves, discs, pins/posts and other shapes. Tube and sleeve sizes range from 1.6 mm to 50.8 mm in diameter and from 12.7 mm to 304.8 mm in length, with customised sizes also available. Compositions include BCZYYb/NiO ratios of 65:35, 60:40, or customised formulations.

ATS also offers Zirconia/Nickel Oxide composite tubes and sleeves in the same range of shapes and sizes. Compositions include ZrO₂/NiO ratios of 65:35, 60:40, or customised formulations. Components are supplied binder-free and ready for electrolyte coating, or electrolyte coated and fired.
