Nanoe launches Zetamix TiO2 filament for RF applications

Nanoe, based in Ballainvilliers, France, has launched Zetamix TiO2, a sintered ceramic filament for radio frequency (RF) applications.
Sintered TiO2 (sometimes called rutile) is a material noted for its very high permittivity and relatively low losses. Its high permittivity enables the lightweighting of RF parts such as dielectric resonators.

The 1.75 mm Zetamix TiO2 filament is available in 500 g spools. The filaments are built to be compatible with most Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) Additive Manufacturing machines.
The filament is suitable for manufacturing at 140ºC and speeds of 20 mm/s. Sintering is suitable up to 1,300°C, with a 50°C/h ramp.
