Registration is now open for the 11th Annual Military Additive Manufacturing (MILAM) Summit & Technology Showcase, taking place January 26-27, 2027, in Tampa, Florida, USA. This event aims to bring together military, government, aerospace, defence, industry and academic stakeholders focused on the adoption of Additive Manufacturing technologies across military organisations.

Organisers expect more than 1,700 attendees, including decision-makers, technical experts and innovators from military organisations, government agencies, international partners, academia and industry.

Early registration rates are now available. Active-duty military personnel and government representatives may attend the main conference free of charge. Small business and group discounts are also available.

Tech Talk Arena

The Tech Talk Arena will return at MILAM 2027, offering Gold Sponsors the opportunity to deliver fifteen-minute presentations during networking breaks. Running in parallel with the main conference programme, the sessions are intended to provide attendees with additional technical content and opportunities for discussion.

Workshop Day expansion

Workshop Day will again be offered as an optional addition to conference registration, providing attendees with focused technical and collaborative learning opportunities.

The 2027 programme will include two workshop tracks:

  • Metal AM Innovation Across Defense & Aerospace
  • Qualification and Certification of Defense AM Parts

MILAM TV highlights industry developments

Produced in collaboration with America Makes, MILAM TV features interviews with Additive Manufacturing leaders discussing recent projects, industry developments and collaborations established through the event.

MILAM Additive Manufacturing Awards

The MILAM Additive Manufacturing Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have demonstrated significant achievements in the application of Additive Manufacturing technologies in support of US Department of Defense mission priorities. Information on award submissions is expected to be released shortly.
