Euro PM2026 will take place October 11-14, 2026, in Budapest, Hungary, and those interested in presenting have the following options:

  • Industry Corner Presentations
    • 15-min talk + 5-min Q&APM Forum (exhibition area)
Description: Short, high-impact presentations showcasing practical innovations in PM technologies, engineering advancements, and industrial applications. Strong topics include: A clear problem and its solution, case studies with measurable results, comparisons and trade-offs, and implementation constraints from which your peers can learn.
  • Campfire Meetings
    • 30-min facilitated discussion
Description: An informal format without AV aids for in-depth discussions on focused PM topics, where the presenter leads the conversation and other participants share expertise and insights.
  • Technical Briefs
    • 10-min presentation (including Q&A)Wednesday, October 14PM Forum
Description: A new, concise presentation format covering any aspect of PM, including research results, industrial developments, technical or economic analyses. Submissions follow the same scientific criteria as regular presentations, in a shorter and more focused format. These Technical Briefs are not included in the congress proceedings, so the authors can publish later without restrictions. This makes it a particularly attractive option for students and early-career researchers to present ongoing work and receive community feedback before journal submission.

Deadline for submission is June 12; those who are successful will receive confirmation in early July. If accepted, speakers must register by July 10. All other attendees have until September 8 to register at the early-bird rate.
