The company’s CMC materials reportedly offer several advantages over graphite trays, including:

  • Prevention of eutectic reactions during sintering
  • Elimination of graphite dust, maintaining cleaner operations
  • Ten times the strength of graphite, reportedly reducing handling breakage by 99%
  • A minimum of five times the service life
  • Up to 50% thinner than graphite alternatives, enabling higher loading and improved throughput compared to graphite alternatives
