APMA issues Call for Papers for the 6th International Conference on Powder Metallurgy in Asia

The organising committee for the 6th International Conference on Powder Metallurgy in Asia (APMA 2023) has published a Call for Papers for the event. The conference is scheduled to take place at Hwabaek International Convention Center (HICO), Gyeongju, Korea, from November 27-30, 2023.

APMA 2023 is organised by the Korean Powder Metallurgy & Materials Institute (KPMI) in cooperation with the Korean Powder Metallurgy Association (KPMA) under endorsement of the Asian Powder Metallurgy Association (APMA) focusing on the latest advances and issues in the science and technology of Powder Metallurgy and the related PM markets of Asian PM industries. The conference series has previously been held in Jeju, Korea (2011), Xiamen, China (2013), Kyoto, Japan (2015), Hsinchu, Taiwan (2017) and Pune, India (2019).

The scope of the conference will cover:

  • Powder Metallurgy
  • Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)
  • Powder Injection Moulding (PIM)
  • Compaction, shape forming, sintering
  • PM materials processing, characterisation and modelling
  • PM production management

Registration and contributions for the conference in the form of oral or poster presentations are now invited and open to all.

The deadline for abstracts is June 30, 2023. Submissions can be made here.
