Vacuum furnace manufacturer TAV celebrates 30th anniversary

In late 2014 Italy’s TAV (Tecnologie Alto Vuoto), a leading manufacturer of vacuum furnaces, celebrated reaching its 30th anniversary. TAV’s management told PIM International, “We are celebrating our 30th anniversary now because the official day of the founding of the company was the December 21st 2014. Our celebrations will extend throughout 2015.”

Since 1984 TAV has produced more than 640 vacuum furnaces, operational in over 45 countries and five continents. TAV stated that it continuously develops its technology and vacuum furnaces through a close collaboration with its customers and partners.

The company’s quality system, which is strongly focused on customers satisfaction, has been in place since 1998 to ensure the highest manufacturing quality of its vacuum furnaces.

TAV customers come from a wide spread of industries and include Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) specialists, major aeronautic and aerospace companies and advanced heat treatment centres.
