Tritone Technologies, a provider of metal and ceramic Additive Manufacturing machines headquartered in Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, has recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Emetrês. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Emetrês has a background in the printing industry and more recently added an Additive Manufacturing division, distributing a range of polymer, metal and ceramic AM machines.

“We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Tritone Technologies, leveraging their novel MoldJet technology,” stated João Mateus, Commercial director, Emetrês. “This partnership will revolutionise the way our customers can manufacture metal and ceramic parts, enabling delivery of industrial-scale manufacturing capabilities with exceptional part density and enhanced mechanical properties. Emetrês is excited to work closely with Tritone’s team of experts, combining our knowledge to drive innovation and shape the future of AM.”

Tritone currently has two Additive Manufacturing machines available: the Dominant and the Dim. Both are based on Tritone’s MoldJet technology, a powder-free, sinter-based Additive Manufacturing process said to enable the industrial production of high-quality metal and ceramic parts at speed.

Designed for producing a large quantity of high-density parts with complex geometries, MoldJet reportedly allows for a simple changeover between a wide variety of metals and ceramics for parallel manufacturing of parts of various sizes, shapes, and applications.
