The 13th International Conference on Hot Isostatic Pressing will take place in Columbus, Ohio, USA, on April 11–14, 2021, having been rescheduled from its original 2020 date due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The event organiser, the International HIP Committee (IHC), reported in a statement on the event website, “Due to the unique health situation unfolding around the world, we felt that it was in the best interest of all attendees and sponsors to reschedule the conference. HIP2020 is now scheduled for April 11–14, 2021.”

The conference takes place every three years and is one of the only meetings dedicated solely to Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). The IHC’s mission is to promote and encourage the international advancement of HIP science and technology.

The organiser encourages the submission of abstracts  by the deadline of November 15, 2020.

Further information is available via the event website.
