Sandvik Osprey wins UK export award for continuous export growth

Sandvik Osprey Ltd, part of the global Sandvik AB Group, has recently announced that it is the proud recipient of a Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2010 in the category International Trade.

This prestigious award recognises the Company’s sustained achievement in continuously growing export performance over a six year period. The Company’s main activities are in manufacture and sale of fine gas atomised metal powders for MIM, coatings, rapid manufacturing and other end uses and in manufacture of unique controlled expansion Al-Si parts (CE Alloys) for advanced electronics applications. Over 90% of the company’s products are exported and find diverse applications in aerospace, automotive, medical, space, general engineering and consumer goods.

Sandvik Osprey Ltd is head-quartered in Neath, UK where manufacturing operations are located and products are distributed globally via local Sandvik Sales Units.
