Registration opens for MPIF’s Basic PM Short Course 2018

Registration is now open for the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF)’s popular ‘Basic PM Short Course’. The three-day course will be held at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College, Pennsylvania, USA, from August 13–15, 2018.

The course offers a complete introduction to Powder Metallurgy from powder production to component design and standards. As well as press and sinter PM, processes covered include Metal Injection Moulding and metal Additive Manufacturing.

The intensive three-day course is designed for anyone who is either new to the Powder Metallurgy industry or looking to broaden their knowledge of the technology. The course will not only appeal to engineers, designers and metallurgists but also purchasing agents, managers and office personnel.
