The organiser of the 15th China International Exhibition for Powder Metallurgy, Cemented Carbides and Advanced Ceramics (PM China 2022), Uniris Exhibition Shanghai Co., Ltd., has announced an adjustment to the date and venue due to the current pandemic prevention policy in Shanghai. PM China 2022 is now scheduled to take place October 20–22 at the Nanjing International Expo Centre in Nanjing.

The decision to move the event was taken by the organiser due to the uncertainty of organising trade shows currently with the pandemic prevention policy in Shanghai. Nanjing is an important central city in eastern China with a large scientific research base and a comprehensive hub of transportation. Nanjing International Expo Centre is reportedly the largest professional exhibition venue in Jiangsu province and the leading intelligent exhibition hall in China. It has been chosen due to its ideal location for large-scale trade shows as it is equipped with comprehensive supporting facilities.

PM China showcases a range of products, services, and solutions in the fields of Powder Metallurgy, cemented carbides, advanced ceramics, Metal Injection Moulding, metal Additive Manufacturing, and magnetic materials including materials, applications, and production equipment. it is expected to welcome over 40,000 industrial users and professional buyers.

In addition to the exhibition, the event will host a number of academic forums and technical seminars, including:

  • 15th Shanghai International Powder Metallurgy Summit
  • 11th Shanghai International Injection Molding Forum
  • 4th Shanghai International Advanced Ceramics Frontier and Industry Application Summit
  • 2022 China Magnetic Materials Development Forum
