Following the success of this year’s MIM2010 conference, the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) has issued a “Call for Presentations” for the MIM2011 International Conference Injection Molding of Metals, Ceramics & Carbides.
MIM2011 will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Disney, Orlando, USA and the focus of the technical program is “Manufacturing Best Practices”. The event is to be co-chaired by Animesh Bose, Trigon Advanced Materials, and Bruce Dionne Megamet Solid Metals Inc.
The conference is sponsored by the Metal Injection Molding Association (MIMA), a trade association of the MPIF and its affiliate APMI International. The organisers state that the conference is targeted at product designers, engineers, consumers, manufacturers, researchers, educators and students. All individuals with an interest in the application of powder injection moulding are encouraged to attend.
The deadline for Abstract Submissions is August 31, 2010.
