Ipsen appoints Cambron to expand reach in metal Additive Manufacturing industry

With the intention of expanding its market reach in the Additive Manufacturing industry, Ipsen USA, located in Cherry Valley, Illinois, has announced that Terry Cambron will be assuming the role of Business Development Manager. In this role, Cambron will provide direct support and technical guidance to customers through their product realisation journey.

Cambron joins Ipsen with over 20 years of experience in industrial sales, most recently working as the North America Sales Director for an Italian-based Additive Manufacturing company. Cambron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Louisville, and a Master’s Degree in Organisational Leadership from Campbellsville University. With his extensive experience, he has strong relationships with many AM companies and a solid understanding of the industry.

Cambron will report to Mark Heninger, Ipsen USA’s Director of Equipment Sales. His role will involve developing marketing strategies related to the AM industry, growing business relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Cambron is based out of Louisville, Kentucky, and will collaborate extensively with Ipsen’s Vacuum Technology Excellence Center in Cherry Valley, Illinois, while also providing support to customers worldwide.

“Since joining the AM segment in 2013, I’ve witnessed the maturing of the market where companies utilise this technology for everyday processes and I am grateful to have contributed to that growth,” shared Cambron. “Today, I am humbled and honoured to take this journey with Ipsen and move the needle forward by providing best-in-class vacuum and atmosphere furnaces into the AM segment and to educate the market on what Ipsen can and has achieved to support their processes.”
