Fanuc India, a subsidiary of automation solution suppliers Fanuc Corporation headquartered in Bangalore, has honoured Indo-MIM, also headquartered in Bangalore, for its expertise in staging applications and miniature parts handling. The award was presented during the Fanuc Robot System Partners Meet 2023.

Indo-MIM is a supplier of Metal and Ceramic Injection Moulding and metal Additive Manufacturing components. Founded in 1997, the company has grown its footprint to cover forty-five countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Its Bangalore headquarter feature ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 13485: 2016, ISO 14001:2015, AS 9100:2016 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.

This recognition is said to celebrate Indo-MIM’s accomplishments in robotics and automation across various divisions of the organisation, utilising a Fanuc Robot and iRVision system.

iRVision is a plug & play visual detection system capable of of locating workpieces, irrespective of size/shape/position; reading barcodes; and sort according to colour; whilst supporting flexible parts feeding, high-speed visual line tracking and bin/panel picking.

Fanuc offers robots which support a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, tooling, and medical.
