Powder Metallurgy and Metal Injection Moulding parts producer Gevorkyan, s.r.o, Vlkanová, Slovakia, has been shortlisted for this year’s annual European Business Awards (EBA). Established in 2007, the European Business Awards showcases innovation and aims to promote success and ethical practices in the European business community.

Past EBA winners have come from fields as diverse as pharmaceuticals, engineering, fashion, cosmetics, manufacturing and transport. Winners of the EBAs are congratulated by an audience comprising heads of state, leading industrialists, entrepreneurs, business leaders, media owners and academics from across 34 European nations.

Having been shortlisted, Gevorkyan will compete against the EBA’s top 110 European businesses as the first shortlisted Slovak entry in the competition’s history. This follows the company’s earlier receipt of the EBA’s Ruban d´Honneur and Slovak National Public Champion awards.

Customers can vote in the European Business Awards via the competition website. The business with the highest number of votes will be named European Public Champion at the European Business Awards ceremony on May 4, 2017 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
