Fraunhofer IFAM’s Workshop on Sinter-based Additive Manufacturing is approaching

Fraunhofer IFAM’s 4th Workshop on Sinter-based Additive Manufacturing is fast approaching. The registration deadline is Wednesday, September 6, 2023, with the event set to be held at Hotel Munte am Stadtwald Bremen, Bremen, Germany, on September 13-14.
The workshop features international speakers from industry and R&D who will provide insights into the latest advancements and industrial implementation of their respective technologies. The workshop program will also include interactive elements and a Component Award competition.
The main topics addressed in this workshop will be:
- Process development and new systems for metal Binder Jetting
- Other sinter-based technologies: Lithography-based metal AM and Cold Metal Fusion
- Metal powders for sinter-based AM
- Supporting analytics for sinter-based AM processes
For newcomers, the event also offers a half-day tutorial on the fundamentals of sinter-based Additive Manufacturing. The tutorial precedes the workshop and can be accessed at this link.
