The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has announced that it will be organising a Powder Injection Moulding Short Course from April 15–17 2015 in Barcelona, Spain.

The course is aimed at potential users of PIM technology, as well as technical and managerial personnel from the PIM industry who may be seeking a more comprehensive understanding of PIM’s capabilities and applications.

The registration fee includes accommodation for two nights at the Tryp Apolo Hotel, all relevant course documents, refreshments and a course dinner on the evening of April 16.

An optional visit to one of Spain’s leading PIM R&D laboratories at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, is also planned prior to the course.

The organisers state that space is limited and early booking is highly recommended using the online PDF registration form at www.epma.com/shortcourse. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and only when payment is received will the registration be confirmed.

Further information is also available from the course coordinator, Joan Hallward [email protected] Tel: +44 (0) 1743 248899.
