The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has announced an extension to its abstract submission deadline for Euro PM2026. The abstract deadline is now Sunday 25 January 2026, at 12:00.

The Euro PM2026 Congress & Exhibition will take place in Budapest, Hungary, October 11 -14, 2026. The event will once again bring together industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to discuss the latest developments, trends, and applications across the entire Powder Metallurgy value chain.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts in all areas of PM, including but not limited to:

  • Powder consolidation technologies: Additive Manufacturing, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), Metal Injection Molding, Press & Sinter (P&S), Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS), Cold Gas Spray (CGS)
  • Materials: ferrous, lightweight, high-temperature, functional materials, hard metals, and other PM-based materials
  • Applications: Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Tooling, Microelectronics, and more
  • Tools for improving PM: design & modelling, sustainability & circularity, digitalisation, and health & safety
  • Powder domain: atomisation, mechanical & chemical processing, post-processing, and powder characterisation

All accepted papers will be published in the Euro PM2026 Proceedings and presented during the congress sessions.
