The first edition, held in Berlin in 2025, gathered nearly 100 participants from across Europe and beyond, confirming the growing momentum of ceramic AM within both research and industrial communities. Following the successful first edition, the 2026 event will once again offer a comprehensive technical programme, dedicated discussions, and networking opportunities.

The event aims to bring together academics, technology providers, and manufacturers in order to create a unique forum to exchange knowledge, share feedback from real-world applications, and discuss the future of ceramic AM.

The event programme will feature the following key technical topics:

  • New Materials & Technologies for Additive Manufacturing
  • Design for Additive Manufacturing
  • Post-processing of AM-printed ceramic parts
  • Characterisation & Quality Control in Additive Manufacturing
  • Applications of ceramic AM

Alongside the following dedicated workshops:

  • How to network in AM as an early-stage researcher
  • AM for functional applications
  • From laboratory research to industrial deployment
  • Sustainability of AM-printed ceramics
  • New trends in ceramic additive manufacturing
  • Production of bioceramics by AM

Participants wishing to submit contributions can do so via the ‘Submissions’ section of the event’s registration page until May 1, 2026.

Those interested in registering for the event can do so here.
