CeramTec, headquartered in Plochingen, Germany, has has announced it is revitalising the SPK brand, with the company’s machining activities now operating under the name SPK by CeramTec. In addition to the machining of cast iron materials, SPK by CeramTec now also offers machining solutions for heat-resistant superalloys and hard materials.

The company announced it will showcase the new range of comprehensive machining solutions at this year’s AMB International Exhibition for Metalworking. AMB will take place from September 10-14, 2024, at Messe Stuttgart, Germany.
