EPMA seeks speakers for Additive Manufacturing seminar

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has issued a call for speakers for its AM seminar in Metz, France. This year’s event will be focused on metal powders and will cover aspects such as powder production & characterisation and the investigation of process-related powder properties.

In addition to traditional AM processes such as Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) and Binder Jetting (BJT), advanced materials and emerging technologies will also be inspected. A wide range of presentations will be given from the industry and academia within the seminar, which will also host panel discussions on AM-related topics.

Hosted by IRT-M2P (Institut de Recherche Technologique Matériaux, Métallurgie & Procédés), the event will also provide a platform for networking before culminating in a chance to have an exclusive tour of the IRT-M2P facilities.

Those interested in presenting can apply here. There will be an evaluation process by the Steering Committee of EuroAM for a selection of presentations.
