ExOne to host webinar on binder jet AM with NanoFuse particulate binders

The ExOne Company, North Huntington, Pennsylvania, USA, will host a live webinar on binder jet Additive Manufacturing using its NanoFuse™ particulate binder, on November 4, 2020, at 9:00 AM (ET).

Hosted by Rick Lucas, ExOne’s Chief Technology Officer, the webinar will offer insight into the binder’s development and how particulate inks can simplify Binder Jetting for certain materials and help to deliver a higher quality product.

The points discussed during the webinar will include several proposed benefits of nanoparticulate binders, including improvements to part density and resolution, reduced sintering challenges (such as slumping), and added strength.

Lucas will discuss the types of particulates used in ExOne’s NanoFuse binders and their benefits, as well as the commercial availability of the InnoventPro with NanoFuse capabilities.
