ALD Vacuum Technologies, Hanau, Germany, has launched a new website showcasing the full range of solutions offered by its Heat Treatment Services (HTS) division. The company operates a number of large heat treatment centres in Germany, the USA and Mexico, and offers services including low-pressure carburising (LPC) and high-pressure gas quenching (HPGQ) with nitrogen or helium.

HTS’s customers are reported to include numerous automotive groups, machine builders and other industrial sectors. The company has been providing its services since 1999, and some of its customers include Bosch, Continental, General Motors, Magna, Miba, Linamar and Systrand.

ALD Vacuum Technology manufactures furnaces for vacuum metallurgy and vacuum heat treatment. By outsourcing heat treatment to HTS on a contractual basis, companies can benefit from the company’s technology without the cost or time required to invest in in-house equipment or expertise.
