The event programme is as follows:
October 23, 2025:
BAM Labs
- Binder Jetting of Bioceramics
- Experience BAM equipment and expertise – from the synthesis of proprietary bio-ceramic compositions to Binder Jetting and the following thermal processes.
- LSD-Print of Advanced Technical Ceramics
- Explore the Layerwise Slurry Deposition (LSD)-Print technology in more detail – including the presentation of a machine developed in-house at BAM and a collection of technical ceramic parts vis LSD-Print.
- Direct Ink Writing of Porous Functional Ceramics
- Discover how ceramic pastes are formulated, how their rheological properties are characterised. Includes the DIW manufacturing of zeolites in development at BAM as absorbent materials.
- Material Extrusion of Ceramics and Metals
- Investigate the steps and challenges in the material extrusion process of ceramic and metallic filaments. BAM focuses on integrating the process steps and minimising the impact of debinding, as a highly critical aspect of this technology.
