Nick has been involved with the powder injection moulding industry since 1994 when he started his career at the European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA). Initially involved in the organisation of the PM94 Powder Metallurgy World Congress, Paris, he went on to help organise a number of the association’s events including the ‘Introduction to Metal Injection Moulding’ Short Course held at the Fraunhofer Institute, Bremen, in 1995. He was Exhibition Manager of the highly regarded PM98 Powder Metallurgy World Congress, Granada, Spain. Nick subsequently worked for various event management and publishing companies in Spain and London before founding Inovar Communications Ltd.

Paul’s links with the powder injection moulding industry were also formed at the European Powder Metallurgy Association, where he worked from 1995 until 2001. Paul has extensive experience of scientific and technical publishing and as well as marketing to the broader powder metallurgy industry.

Prior to joining Inovar as a Director, Paul worked as a Business Manager at Rapra, one of Europe’s leading independent plastics and rubber specialists, based in Shawbury, UK.
