This strategic decision is said to reinforce Verder’s commitment to market expansion and closer customer engagement in the region. It allows the company to enhance its market presence, improve localised support, and achieve synergies across its product lines.

Over the years, Verder Group’s brands have achieved strong market positions supported by successful collaborations with external distributors. The company is now establishing Verder Scientific Iberia as a joint venture with Neurtek, the company’s distributor. With the partnership, Verder is also integrating the Retsch brand into the new organisation, which was previously managed by the company’s distributor, Biometa.
