Arburg GmbH of Lossburg, Germany, has opened a new technology centre in Elgin, Ill, USA, close to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. The 6,000 ft2 facility has a capacity for six injection moulding machines ranging from 14 ton models to the 618-ton Allrounder machine.

The centre will provide training, applications support, machine demonstrations, mould trials and service to its growing customer base in midwest America.
