ATW Companies Inc. a leading US manufacturer of metal components and services has announced that Parmatech-Proform Corporation (Proform), has acquired the metal injection moulding (MIM) business of Morgan Advanced Ceramics, based in New Bedford, Massachusetts, USA.

Proform is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATW Companies of Warwick, Rhode Island. The acquisition will expand the MIM technology currently offered by Parmatech Corporation, an ATW Company based in Petaluma, CA.
