Payment methods

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are securely processed by Secure Trading (www.securetrading.com), the UK’s leading independent payment processor. We do not retain your credit card information.

Will I get an invoice/receipt?
Yes, your automated confirmation email contains a link to your online order confirmation webpage. Here you are able to view and print your invoice.

Subscriptions and back issues

Purchase of subscriptions to Powder Injection Moulding International
The purchase of a subscription to Powder Injection Moulding International is for a period of 12 months (4 issues). Your subscription will commence with the next available issue unless otherwise requested (requests to paul@inovar-communications.com). We do not retain your credit card information. At the end of your subscription period you will receive a renewal invoice, at which point you can cancel or re-subscribe. All international subscriptions are shipped by airmail at no extra cost.

Book orders and PIM International back issues
We aim to ship all book orders or back issues within 1 working day.

Shipping costs
Online orders include free airmail shipping worldwide. 

Downloads form the PDF Store

All PDF downloads supplied through the PIM International PDF Store have been published in Powder Injection Moulding International magazine. These articles and technical papers are available from the PDF Store three months after the initial date of publication.

What is included in each PDF?
Our PDF’s files are identical in appearance to the original articles or technical papers as published in Powder Injection Moulding International magazine. They include all images, tables, references and any advertisements that appeared in the original publication.

The total word length of each article is provided on the information page relating to each item. The total number of words quoted excludes figure references etc.

Is tax charged on PDF downloads?
If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, no tax is applied to your purchase. If you are based in the United Kingdom, VAT will be charge at the current rate.

How do I download PDF files?
Once you have added your selected file(s) to the shopping basket, and made your payment, you will immediately receive an automated email containing full confirmation of your order, plus a link to download your file(s).

• You should download your purchase to your computer immediately, as the link will expire after seven days. Once downloaded, there is no limit to the number of times that you can open and print your document.
  
• Our PDF downloads range in size from approximately 1-2MB, and are supplied in high quality resolution.
  
• Don’t forget to check your anti-spam folder if you can’t see your email.
